Pricing & Payments

Shipping & Delivery

We offer pan-India delivery of our products. Please note the following:

  • Delivery Timeline: Custom blinds are manufactured within 7-10 working days. Delivery takes 2-4 additional days depending on location.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • Installation: Installation is scheduled separately after delivery.
  • Damaged Goods: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Report any damage within 24 hours for immediate resolution.

Returns & Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. Here is our policy:

  • 5-Year Warranty: All our blinds come with a comprehensive 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, material quality, and finish durability.
  • Motor Warranty: Motorized blinds come with a 2-year warranty on the motor mechanism.
